These Terms of Service govern your use of priana.global and any advisory service we deliver. By booking a consultation or creating an account, you agree to them.

1. What PRIANA offers

PRIANA is an independent international property and relocation advisory. We help you choose a country, secure property, and organise your move. We are not a law firm, an accountancy, or a licensed real-estate broker; when your case requires those services, we coordinate qualified professionals in the relevant jurisdiction and disclose their role to you.

2. Consultations and bookings

• A booking is confirmed when you receive the calendar invite from Google. You can reschedule or cancel through the invite up to 24 hours before the call.
• During the current introductory launch (through 10 September 2026), the 60-minute assessment is complimentary. When paid consultations resume, the fee is disclosed on the booking page and charged in USD; refunds within 24 hours before the scheduled time are provided only in exceptional cases.
• If we cancel a call for any reason, we will reschedule at no charge, or refund the full fee if you prefer.

3. Advisory scope and limits

We give you information, professional opinion, and a plan. We do not guarantee the outcome of a visa, residency, tax, or property transaction, which always depends on the decisions of third parties (governments, landlords, sellers, banks). Anything we share is advisory only and does not constitute legal, tax, or investment advice unless explicitly labelled as such and delivered by a licensed partner.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your situation and goals.
• Give reasonable notice of any change in plans.
• Make your own final decisions on any move, purchase, or contract.

5. Intellectual property

The site design, brand marks, guides, courses, and any written materials we provide during an engagement are owned by PRIANA and licensed to you for your own personal use. Redistribution or resale requires our written permission.

6. Confidentiality

Anything you share with us during a consultation is treated as confidential and used only to advise you, unless we are required to disclose it by law.

7. Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or, during the complimentary launch period, to a fair and equivalent value. We are not liable for indirect losses (including lost profit or missed opportunity).

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute we cannot resolve amicably will be handled by the courts of Kuala Lumpur, subject to any mandatory rules of your home jurisdiction that we cannot vary by contract.
